Importance of Annual Physical Examination (APE)…..

The doctor told me not to worry. According to him our heart is like a machine that when overused its performance deteriorates.

I became serious about the issue when our neighbor’s son died of heart attack at 35 leaving behind 2 young children and his wife. It was too late for them already. It was then that I became curious about my blood pressure and my heartbeat. I cannot hear its rhythmic beating.

I went to a cardiologist. Thanks to my health card benefit. Even without a single penny in my pocket I can have medical checkup. I was prescribed of medicines to take due to I have high cholesterol level, fatty liver and maintenance medicine for highblood.
